Frank Sennett

Hello,

I'm the editor-in-chief of Time Out Chicago, where I work with a wonderful group of people. If you live in Chicago or just like fun magazine writing, you should check out the pub.

Before starting my Time Out adventure in January 2008, I wrote columns on politics and blogging for the Spokesman-Review in Spokane, Washington (where I also pitched in as an editorial consultant), hosted a public radio show on the alternative press and reviewed fiction for Booklist. I've had seven books published so far this decade, including this one on school fundraising and two novels about a crime-solving Chicago journalist: Nash, Metropolitan; and Nash, Rambler. Other career highlights have included teaching creative writing for the UCLA Extension Writers' Program, serving as features editor at sonicnet/mtv.com and editing a Chicago alt.weekly back in the '90s.

Thanks for visiting the site. Please stop back.
